I have super pale skin that only barely tans in the summer (it doesn't burn, thank goodness). But I've always felt like I've had to do the pinky, Essie Bubble Bath, bubble gum pink colors in the summer time and that was as light as I could go.
Otherwise, it looks like I don't actually have any nails.
But I'm trying to embrace the nude nail. One, because it looks so summery and effortless. And two, because if I get a chip, it's barely noticeable. Try saying that about Lincoln Park After Dark.
Anyone have any taupe-y favorites for me to try?

I know she's got a heart of glass, but her outside is so creamy and cashmere-ish and pretty, soft neutrals that I think she could suck me in, too. Even though winter is on its way out (I think?), she's still a blast of icy air, all while looking totally delicious.

:: a v-day outfit, kinda/not really ::
Killing two birds with one stone here, folks. I'm not a super duper Valentine's Day lover, but I do love red. And right now, I'm loving it with dove gray. That dusty kind of gray that's soft and powdery and makes you want to get all up in a cable knit throw and watch 500 Days of Summer. Add some white wine and we've reached Friday perfection. Happy weekend!
