:: summa reads ::

I read constantly. I used to be all fiction, all the time, but lately I've been doing more non-fiction, essays, and memoirs. My subway commute is pretty long, so I plan on plowing through these bad boys below fairly quickly. Which means I need to add to this list, stat. Please pass along any suggestions!!

  1. Your title makes me want to sing "summa summa summa TIME... summa time!" :)

    I love a good nonfiction book from time to time - thanks for sharing these selections, I'll have to check em out! :)

  2. I read the Tales of the Female Nomad and it was really good. I love travel lit in general so it was an easy read for me :)

  4. I'm a constant reader as well .. I'm currently into dystopian type books, but my next book may be "My foot is too big for the glass slipper" by Gabrielle Reece

  5. I've been into memoirs lately, too. It sounds silly, but UnSweetined by Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner from Full House) was pretty good. Obviously not Pulitzer Prize winning stuff, but it was very interesting to read about her struggles with drugs and alcohol.

    Another great memoir is Wasted by Marya Horbacher. She is a brilliant writer, and the book is raw and honest.
